UK falls to 15th place in clean energy investment on eve of "Green Budget"
The UK has fallen to fifteenth place in terms of investment in clean energy
in Q1 2009, below Romania, Bulgaria, Chile, Peru and the Dominican
Republic, according to New Energy Finance, the leading provider of research
in renewable energy, energy efficiency and the carbon markets. Only a
meaningful “Green Budget” this Wednesday will help to reverse the
trend.
